In autumn tritt the apple is in the centre of attention on the apple-plateau Natz-Schabs, on the fruit trees, at the festivals and even in the kitchen.

During the period of the Apple Week in October, the coronation of the new Apple-Queen of Natz-Schabs takes place, who for a year will represent the holiday region at home and abroad. On that occasion a big festival with a parade and the biggest crown made of apples in South Tyrol is organized.
There will be served local dishes, like dumplings, apfelstrudel, special apple-pancakes and fresh pressed apple juice.

Also at your accommodation tasty apple dishes are served and on the trails you can take crisp apples out of big baskets put there for you.

Enjoy a holiday in the sign of the apple and come to know the apple-plateau Natz-Schabs from its most beautiful coloured and sappiest side!

And after the apple-period there is the one of the roasted chestnuts on the occasion of the traditional "Törggelen"when sitting together in a happy group you drink the typical young wine, eat bacon and local desserts of the Isarco Valley…

During this week we offer you different walks on the apple-plateau Natz-Schabs with a refreshment stop and the possibility to taste various apple dishes, slide lectures and a concert.
