Your holiday in Aicha

Embraced by chestnut trees

The name Aicha actually comes from "oak forest". Today, it is the mighty chestnut trees in the "Köstental" valley that attract everyone's attention during your holiday in Aicha. The Franzensfeste fortress in the immediate vicinity is also impossible to miss: Built as an imposing military installation, the fortress is now an exciting cultural centre.

The sunny location is ideal for walks or cycle tours on the valley cycle path, which runs right past the village, or a little more challenging up to Spinges. The convenient location also makes Aicha the ideal place to stay for excursions to the whole of South Tyrol or for a stopover when travelling through.
